Animal Well is stunning. I knew from the moment it was revealed that this would be a great game for me, and it delivered. I was a little disappointed at the lack of closure I felt after getting to the second-ending, but I think that's more my fault than anything. Billy Basso made this game to appeal to any level of commitment. You'll find plenty to enjoy whether you want to blast through the main content and move on, or you can't help but explore every nook and cranny uncovering secrets and mysteries. I landed somewhere in-between and had an amazing time with the game, but disappointed that I lost my momentum before seeing the rest of it.  Animal Well puts you in control of an enigmatic little bean and leaves everything else up to you. The game assumes a certain degree of literacy in the medium, with only minimal button-prompts to teach you how to interact with its mechanics.
